- Vincent Francone is the author of the memoir, Like a Dog, and the forthcoming essay collection, The Soft Lunacy (March 31, 2019). He won the first place Gwendolyn Brooks Award in the Illinois Emerging Writers Competition shortly after publishing his first poem in Rhino. Since then, he has published poems, stories, and essays in New City Magazine, The Oklahoma Review, Akashic Books, Three Percent, Southword, and numerous other online and print journals. He is at work on an essay collection as well as a collection of stories.
