- Mary grew up in a southern Indiana farming community & enjoys writing short stories. As Managing Director Business Solutions Consultants she has 30 years of business consulting experience specializing in leadership development & change management. Boston College in Massachusetts awarded her PhD with w/honors. Currently she is an Adjunct Faculty member at DePaul University’s SCPS. Mary has held administrative positions at Harvard University Graduate School of Education & Bates College, & faculty positions at the following institutions: Indiana University Northwest School of Business & Economics Graduate MBA Program, Boston University, Elmhurst College Graduate Center for Business & Economics, & the UIC Department of Health Informatics Services. She holds the DePaul University QM Star Award for Excellence in online course development. Her online experience includes the design & facilitation of a Leadership Course for the UIC Biomedical/Health Informatics Sciences Department, & a Change Management course for DePaul SCPS. She is a Certified Facilitator in the Lombard Mennonite Peace Center’s Mediation Skills Training Institute for Church Leaders. The basis of her work is the belief that everyone thrives where they are respected as contributors to the community’s health and productivity. Mary is a September 2001 WTC survivor.
