Presenters are responsible for responding professionally and arranging availability, fees, travel, and event details.
CWA maintains and promotes the directory but does not schedule programs or serve as an intermediary.
Participation does not guarantee bookings.

The 2027 Speakers Bureau directory is expected to be posted in early January 2027.
CWA will publish the directory on its website.
CWA plans to distribute printed copies to approximately 200 Chicago-area libraries and venues.
